Is wheatgrass gluten free?

Yes, the gluten is only found in the wheat seed.
Wheatgrass juice is the juice from the blade of the plant.

How long do I need to take these products for?

It really just depends on the individual. Some people take our blast frozen super food juice shots on an on-going basis but they take breaks at times, so as to reduce the body’s ability to develop a tolerance to them. Other people take our superfood juice shots to help aid recovery from injury or illness, or to help reach dietary goals.
